LOCATION Boone, North Carolina. Special Rules: Quiet hours are between 9:00 pm to 10:00 am. Maximum Permitted Occupancy is 8. Exceeding this will result in a fine from the host of $250 per person over and you will be asked to leave. This is a non-smoking property. If you smoke inside the home you will be charged $250 as well as an increased cleaning fee and charged for any damages. Pets are not allowed. If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $500 and you will be asked to leave. Absolutely no fires or open flames of any kind including candles. The use of a candle or any type of flame will result in a $150 fine. DURING THE COLD SEASON: The adventure doesn't end when the colder weather begins. The Boone area boasts the most concentrated cluster of ski slopes in the entire region, including several black diamond slopes for the truly daring. For others, there is snowboarding, snow tubing, sledding, ice-skating, snowshoeing and cross-country skiing. Consider spending the holidays in our winter wonderland, or at least make a weekend out of a trip to one of our choose & cut Christmas tree farms. It's never too late to start a new family tradition!
